Returns and Order Cancellations

Our Returns Policy


Returns are accepted on unopened/unused products with an RMA number only as long as we are contacted within fourteen (14) days of customer receiving product. To return merchandise back to us, please email or call us, and we will provide you with an RMA number.

Returns may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and will be deducted from refund.

Returned items must meet the following criteria: Items must be in original unopened packaging and with the original labels on products.

Please note: If products returned to us have been used, or cosmetic manufacturing labels (example: nail polish labels that are on the underside of the bottles) are removed or defaced, a 50% re-stocking fee will apply.

To return an item: Please send an email to returns@thebeautyclutch.com to request an RMA number.

If any products are returned to us without an RMA number, package will be shipped back to the customer and no refund will be given.

Request To Cancel Order


Order cancellations are accepted within one (1) hour after order was placed.

Any cancellation request after one hour may be charged a 20% restocking fee if the order was already processed, and will be deducted from refund.
